D7 appears to install correctly. Cannot compile anything, get the message:

Please help!

Vitas, I suggest that you check out these references:
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=URW3950+delphi
If it is not readily explained, I would try to gather other evidence
like a ZIP of all the files associated with a very small project that
fails, *before* the problem "goes away". Regards, JohnH

Ok, ok. I got a similar problem here. URW 3954 (looking at borland.com and
google.com doesn't give me a clou..)

Run C:\program files\borland\delphi 7\bin\D7RegClean.exe and de-install
Delphi.

Run some registry tools like Norton Utils., JV16 Power Tools (www.jv16.org)
or TuneUp2003 (Tuneup.de). And than re-install your Delphi copy. Worked fine
here.
